Preparing for Access Arrangements can be a time-intensive responsibility for a SENDCo or Learning Support Manager. This process includes addressing initial concerns, collaborating with relevant staff, gathering additional evidence of requirements, organizing formal assessments, maintaining a record of the candidate's typical working methods, and planning for both internal and external assessments. These steps are necessary before submitting a formal application to the exam boards for approval of the Access Arrangement.

A scheduled appointment/visit to your school/college for pupil assessments related to Access Arrangements. The Full Day Service encompasses up to 6 hours of assessments, manual filling of assessment forms, and electronic completion of the necessary section of JCQ Form 8. All paperwork, including electronic completion of Form 8, will be submitted to the SENDCo within a short time-frame.

The fee covers the completion of Form 8, section 2, with the school having already filled out section 1 before the assessment. Please note that these prices do not include reading assessments, which are no longer necessary for access arrangements. If you would like to have them included, please reach out for a quote.

The cost per individual student is £80.00.
